I wanted to send a quick update to remind you of upcoming events this week!
On Monday, March 24 – Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky will be speaking on immigration reform at 9:30-10:50 in room 1115. Please come and invite your students. We hope to have a large audience there.
Loop Players launch “After” with preview performances for our community on Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 pm. See link below for more details and other performance dates.

Dean Armen Sarrafian’s former HWC student, Eric Cortez, took classes in the department of art and architecture for several years where he focused on figure drawing and printmaking. He has taken his skill and love of art and has gone on to pursue a bachelor of arts and plans to continue to graduate school to pursue a Master of Science in Biomedical Visualization. Professor Michal Eskayo and Professor Gabriela Cambiasso presented at the Illinois TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Conference last week.
